We recommend creating a dedicated API user account in MobileIron to use when connecting from Trelica.

Assigning admin roles to a MobileIron user

1. Log in to MobileIron and click Admin
2. Select a user
3. Select Edit Roles
4. Select a device space to which to assign the admin user
5. Use the check boxes to select the following roles:
   • Admin Management > Manage administrators and device spaces
   • Device Management > View dashboard, device page, device details
   • Label Management > View label
6. Click Save
