Access to the KnowBe4 API requires a Diamond or Platinum plan.
1Password SaaS Manager uses the KnowBe4 Reporting Services API.
You can create a token in your KnowBe4 account settings.
Log in to your KnowBe4 console and select your email address in the top-right corner of the page. Then, click Account Settings.
Under the API section, select Enable Reporting API Access and then cut and paste the API Token shown into SaaS Manager.
