KnowBe4

Access to the KnowBe4 API requires a Diamond or Platinum plan.

Trelica uses the KnowBe4 Reporting Services API.

You can create a token in your KnowBe4 account settings.

Log in to your KnowBe4 console and click your email address in the top-right corner of the page. Then, click Account Settings.

Under the API section, click Enable Reporting API Access and then cut and paste the API Token shown into Trelica.

Creating a SCIM token

If you enable provisioning or deprovisioning in Trelica, you will need to enter an additional SCIM Tenant URL and token.

1. In your KSAT console, click your email address in the top-right corner.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Go to User Management User Provisioning and check Enable User Provisioning (User Syncing).
4. Click SCIM.
5. Click + SCIM Settings.
6. Click Generate SCIM Token, copy the token, and enter it into Trelica.
7. Copy the Tenant URL and enter that into Trelica too.
