Remote

1Password SaaS Manager can integrate with Remote HRIS to return employee and team data in the organization. This includes employee start dates, so if included as a life-cycle source, then new joiner workflows can be triggered automatically.

To connect SaaS Manager with Remote:

1. In Remote, generate an API token under Settings > Integrations > API Access. Use a token starting with ra_live_ for production. Sandbox tokens are not supported.

2. Then, in SaaS Manager, navigate to the Integrations tab.

3. Scroll to or search for "Remote", then select the app.

4. Select Connect and paste in the API token from Remote.

5. Select Connect.
