Autodesk

1Password SaaS Manager connects to Autodesk using SCIM. Autodesk requires SAML2 Single Sign On (SSO) to be enabled before you can create a SCIM token, and currently only officially supports Azure AD and Okta.

Creating a SCIM token

  1. Log in to Autodesk as an administrator.
  2. Ensure that SSO is configured.
  3. Choose Azure AD or Okta. If you aren't using either, then choose Azure AD – the URL and token will work regardless.
  4. Copy the Tenant URL and Secret token shown: you will need to enter this into SaaS Manager.
If you have already generated a SCIM token for use in another identity provider (IdP) such as Okta or Entra ID, then we recommend reusing the token for SaaS Manager. If you refresh the token then you will need to update your identity provider with the new token.

SaaS Manager will only read data by default, so it will not interfere if you already have an identity provider in charge of provisioning and deprovisioning.

If you don't have an identity provider managing users, then just select the Provisioning and Deprovisioning checkboxes when you connect from SaaS Manager.

Due to the way Autodesk has implemented SCIM, SaaS Manager can only read users that were originally created with SCIM. You may need to manually export and import users to 1Password SaaS Manager to build the initial list.
