By default, only you and the users you assign can access your Trelica organization.
For some issues, it can however be helpful to grant access to the Trelica Customer Success or Support teams to help you with configuration or trouble-shooting.
To alter this setting, go to Settings > Organization > Using Trelica > Request support:
If the button is not on (i.e. it's grey) then Trelica Support cannot add themselves to your organization.
Click the button to grant access and it will turn blue:
Actions performed by Trelica support get logged, on a named-user basis. For example, having enabled Support team access, if 'Jane Doe' from Trelica support accesses your organization, then you will see this in your Trelica audit log:
