NICE CXone

Register Application

Go to the Application Registration Form, fill in the form questions as described below:

  1. Your email address
  2. Your name
  3. Your business unit (as described in the form)
  4. '1Password SaaS Manager'
  5. 'Manage NICE through 1Password SaaS Manager' (or a description of your choice)
  6. Your email address, and any other email addresses you would like to use for communication about the application
  7. 'Email'
  8. 'Single Tennant'
  9. Your NICE environment, check the URL you use to access NICE (this is also the value you should use for the 'Environment base URL' when connecting to SaaS Manager)
  10. 'client_secret_post'
  11. Select 'AuthenticationAPI' and 'AdminAPI'
  12. 'Back-end'

Submit the form, the reply should come in two business days, keep track of your tracking number for any further interactions you may need to have with their support

Once your registration has been processed, you will recieve two emails, one with a .zip folder containing a JSON file, and one with a password.

Use the password from the second email to extract the JSON file from the .zip folder. Open the JSON file in a text editor and locate the "client_id" and "client_secret" under "registrations". Use these when connecting to SaaS Manager in the 'Client ID' and 'Client secret' fields.

Generate Access Key

Log in to CXone Mpower and click on your profile icon in the top navigation bar.

Go to My Profile > Access Keys and click Add access key

This will give you an Access Key ID, and when you click SHOW SECRET KEY, it will give you the Secret Access Key. The Secret Access Key will only be shown once, so make sure to copy it straight into SaaS Manager along with the Access Key ID into the Access key ID and Secret access key fields.
