Go to Administration > Integrations > API Clients:

Click Create new API client:

Enter the Client name (e.g. 1Password SaaS Manager) and choose the permissions (Audit Log, Device, User).

Click Save.

The client ID, secret and base URL will be shown. These need to be entered into SaaS Manager when you connect.
