March 2025

UI updates

Trelica UI was updated and refreshed as part of our ongoing 1Password integration.

Assets

  • 'Assets' now 'Devices': To align with 1Password's suite of products, 'Assets' have been renamed 'Devices'.

Access management

  • Detailed history: Once an access request has been processed, a history icon appears next to the 'Provisioning' step, providing more granular information about how the request was processed.

Workflows

  • Copy & Paste: Editing workflows has been greatly improved with the introduction of Copy & Paste functionality. A single step or a step and all its subsequent steps can now be cut or copied. When adding a new step, cut and copied steps appear in a clipboard.

Access management

  • Additional IdP support: As well as Okta, access requests can now be processed via Entra, Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
  • Group membership: As well as provisioning options, access levels can include separate group membership settings. When granting someone access to App A, people can also be added to a group for App B.
  • Access level override: After an access request has been raised, the 1st approver can edit the requested access level. When manually provisioning a user, the access level can also be edited to reflect the actual level provisioned.
  • Automatic & manual provisioning: When combining automatic provisioning with a manual task, the automatic provisioning action can run as soon as possible or be triggered via a button on the manual task.

Fixes

  • Filtering by Source = Browser extension on the app list shows results consistent with the 'Source' column.
  • Certain devices with status 'Ready' now show a Deploy button rather than a Return button: this affected devices with a single external provider with conflicting status.
