8x8

Trelica connects to 8x8 using the 8x8 SCIM interface.

Creating a SCIM token

Log in to the 8x8 Admin Console.
Go to Home > Identity and Security.
In the User Provisioning Integration (SCIM) section select Other SCIM Provider.
Copy the 8x8 URL and 8x8 API Token: you will need to enter this into Trelica.

If you have already generated a SCIM token for use in another identity provider (IdP) such as Okta or Entra ID then you can re-use the API URL and authentication token for your Trelica connection. Trelica will only read data by default.

If you don't have an identity provider managing users, then just select the Provisioning and Deprovisioning checkboxes when you connect from Trelica.
