1. Click on the Organization Settings cog.
2. Choose the API Tokens tab.
3. Click Create API token.

Enter a name for the API token.

If you provision users, this name will get used in the email invitations sent to users so bear this in mind when choosing a recognizable name.

Click Add API token.

Now find the token in the list and click through on it:
