The App Hub is a central, searchable directory of apps that have been approved for use within your organization.
You can use the App Hub to request access to apps that would be useful in your role. You can also view the apps to which you already have access. Use the filters to refine the list by app category and other criteria, or search for an app by name.
Click an app to view more details and request access if you don't have it already. Depending on your organization settings, you may also be able to request access on behalf of others. Access may be granted immediately or your request may need to be approved by your line manager or the IT team. To view (and cancel) your open requests, click View requests.
If the app you're looking for is not listed:
- Use the Main category filter to check whether a similar app has already been approved for use within your organization.
- If no suitable alternative is available, click Request new app at the top of the page. Enter the app name and explain why you need access to the app. Depending on your organization, you may be asked to provide additional information via email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or an online survey.
