There are three pre-requisites for connecting to Browserstack:

  1. An Enterprise plan on BrowserStack.
  2. You will need to create an API token from a user with the  Owner or Admin role .
  3. If the connection fails, you may need to reach out to Browserstack Support to get the 'Users' and 'Teams' API endpoints enabled.

You need to enter your BrowserStack’s username and access key into Trelica.

You can view your account credentials from the Settings section in the Account tab in Browserstack.
